We had 7 suppliers providing services for the picnic, and you were the ONLY ONE that did what you said you were going to do, were on time, with product that was in great condition and with a clean and professional staff. You even saved our butts with your generator since the other company forgot the key and never came back with it.

The rest of the day was an absolute mess, but the bounce house and slide were a big hit with both our client and our guests. We will definitely contact you for all of our picnics and carnivals going forward.

Just wanted to send a quick note to say thank you so very much for the professional and seamless rental experience I had with Bay Bounce. I went into the rental of a moonwalk for my daughter's 6th birthday party with no experience and no references, and was fortunate enough to find you guys.

The driver was right on time for set-up and tear down, and was very thorough in explaining the contract and safety guidelines. I was extremely impressed with the condition of the moonwalk, and considering the cleaning that goes on just before it's taken down, it's obvious that you take pride in your products.
