Rules and Frequently Asked Questions

How do I reserve my inflatable?
It is easy. Just call us at (727) 385- 3025 and request the item and date or you can use our email request form. We will check our schedule and make your reservation. Office phones are Monday through Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm. Saturday and Sunday 10:00am to 5:00pm.

How long is the rental for?
You can rent up to 6 hours (full day) at pricing listed. Any time over 6 hours would be an additional $15 per hour. (No over night rentals)

What about safety?
Safety is a top priority! We research our bounces and get only those that we feel are safe for the kids to enjoy and use. We know that these are meant to be special events: birthdays, company picnics, church gatherings and school carnivals. While no one can 100% guarantee there never to be an injury, we do everything we can to promote only the safe use of our products. The last thing we ever want to see is an injury, no matter how minor.

How can I pay for my rental?
You can pay by cash or check. A credit card can be used if over $200 and must be pre-approved the day before setup. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Please be aware that payment is due before we can setup the bounces for use. Some park setups do require a $50.00 deposit. (Please see the Delivery Area web page for more information.)

When is the deposit required?
Deposit is required at time of reservation for city of St. Pete Parks, City of Tampa Parks, and City of Clearwater Parks setups. The deposit DOES go towards your total due for the day of the event. Full refund of the deposit is given if the event is cancelled before Tuesday night the week of the event.

What is your Cancellation Policy?
Except for parks, we generally DO NOT require deposits, but we do ask that you treat us the way you would want to be treated if it were your business. If you change your mind about a rental, please call one week in advance of party to allow us the chance to find an alternative event for the item. If you need to change a date, call us and we will try in any way to accommodate the request.

What do I do in the event of inclement weather?
We try to work with you, the renter, as best we can. We know that the weather here can be unpredictable and very harsh at times. We don't want to run the risk of damage to our equipment or injury to the children. So, our policy is very simple. If you cancel due to bad weather before we setup, we will release you of any commitment (hopefully you will try to reschedule and we will do our best to accommodate the request). However, once we deliver and setup the product, no refund is available. There is also risk in high wind situations. Although it does not happen often, there are times when we will have to decline setup if we feel it would be unsafe to use the equipment. Winds in excess of 15 - 20 mph would prevent us from safely anchoring the unit.

Can you set up inflatables on concrete?
We can use sand bags to anchor the unit to the ground. Please inform us at the time of rental so we can make sure to accommodate this request. Slides are preferred on grass to provide cushioning under the pool.

We are fully insured with general liability coverage. We are only responsible for our own negligence; not yours. This statement in no way implies any legal responsibility. In reserving your inflatable, you will be required to sign a rental agreement and "Release and Assumption of Risk" form that lists specific terms and conditions of any rental from Bay Bounce.

We expect you to treat our equipment as if you had purchased it yourself. Any damage requiring repair other than what can be deemed as normal wear and tear to the product will be your responsibility to pay for. This equipment costs thousands of dollars to purchase. You will be charged for excessive damage up to the cost of a new replacement.

1. We do not sell or transact business of any kind online. Our only contact with you will be a response to our forms completed by you. We do not sell email addresses or any personal information, nor do we use a third party to manage our email information.
